Getting Started with Segment Categories

When you create or edit a Segment, you can optionally add it to one or more existing Segment Categories. Segment Categories allow you to collect Segments together, typically for the purpose of referencing them with Loyalty APIs .

You can also search for Segments on the Segments screen based on their inclusion in a Category.

Access

The Segment Categories screen is used to view, create, and manage the Segment Categories in your loyalty program. To access the Segment Categories screen, select Members from the top navigation bar, then select Settings > Segment Categories from the side navigation menu.
